【トラブル】EasyBotterで作ったtwitterボットがツイートしなくなっていたので治しました

いつのまにやらツイートしなくなっていたので修正。長い間ツイートしてなかった…
ツイッター（Twitter）の仕様変更で「EasyBotter」が動かなくなったのでバグフィックスした – ちほちゅうさんの記事を参考にAPIのURLをまったりと変更。twitterAPIの仕様が変更したため、ツイートしなくなったみたい。
