dokuwikiは内部にjqueryを同梱していましたが、それが今のバージョンで最後になるよ、ということ？jquery2は同梱しない、という事じゃないかと。migrationの意味がよくわからないので、適当な翻訳。

モバイルモード…だと？前バージョンのAdora Belleのテンプレートもスマホ向けというかレスポンシブデザインのテンプレートが標準だったから、そういう方向に向かうのかなぁと思っていたらそうなったみたいです。
ほとんどPCから使うから関係ないと思ってましたが、PCでも小さい画面にするとスマホ向けデザインのほうがやや使いやすい気もする。
着実にバージョンアップしていくからけっこうすごいなぁ＞dokuwiki スマホやタブレット向けのwikiとなると、いまのところdokuwikiが一番デザインや操作性が良い気がするのは気のせいか^^;
