Como Boosterという、ラズベリーパイコンピューティングモジュールのモジュールを使うための開発ボード
‘CoMo’ stands for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module. CoMo Booster is an enhanced motherboard for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module. It’s essentially a same kind product as the Compute Module IO Board.

16 August, 2014 – 31 August, 2014: Test and modify CoMo Booster v0.1 This version should have been fully tested with the Raspberry Pi Compute Module plugged in. Then we’ll wait to see if this project can be successfully funded or not. If everything is going well, we’ll move forward to work on the CoMo Booster v1.0

まとめ
通常のラズベリーパイコンピューティングモジュールは本体とモジュール1ケのセットで23000円ぐらいします。本体についているのがGPIOなどの組込み機器向けのインタフェースのみで、Como Boosterにつく予定のWIFIなどはついていません。
ラズベリーパイコンピューティングモジュールは主に業務用、組み込み機器を開発する企業向けで個人向けではありません。Como Boosterはどちらかというと個人で開発するときに必要になるWIFIやリアルタイムクロックと行った部品を本体にシンプルに実装し、それにモジュール部分を使うことで「小型、軽量で個人でも使えそうなもの」を目指しているのではないでしょうか。
